Chris Horton Announces He's Running for City Council!

It's an exciting day to be an Orange citizen living in district 4 as Chris Horton officially announces his candidacy for Orange City Council! The election is far from guaranteed however and will require the help of all those in the community who are eager to see positive changes in their city. Although the road to winning the election will be tireless and filled with hard work, Chris and his team are confident that come November, Horton will be the newest member of the Orange city council.
